CADS (Continuing Alcohol and Drugs Support)
Hillingdon has a highly active service user involvement group, which is better known as the CADS Team. CADS group members are all current or previous users of local alcohol and drugs services. CADS' aim is to improve substance misuse services by coordinating the input of all service users. With assistance from HAGAM, CADS group organises special events for service users, produces quarterly newsletters (Path Finder) and represents the views of service users at various management meetings and fora.
